This transitional project in Summit is set on a hill and composed of a warm modern interior with a timeless modern exterior. The home is adorned with a slate roof, zinc accents, painted brick and clapboard siding. The interiors are unified by a white oak flooring, cabinetry and ceiling details, accented with black and bronze.
